An exclusively reissued work of art in the noblest form of simplicity.
The "Noble Heron" bird figurine is kept in the pure white of MEISSEN porcelain without any hand-painted decoration.
At a majestic height of 45 centimetres, this work of art is a beautiful addition to the animal depictions in the exclusive MEISSEN collection.
Designed by Paul Walther in 1931, the proud bird enriches a long tradition of similar sculptures. In contrast, however, the hand-painted design has been omitted here, so that the beautiful material of the figurine itself impresses with its purity and form. The absence of hand-painted decoration meets the realistic realisation of the bird figure itself - and thus combines a classical understanding of art with contemporary aesthetics.
As part of the Exclusive Collection, this work of art is a special piece of MEISSEN porcelain history.
